Mike partnered with Taylor Financial in 2018 and has added a tremendous amount of knowledge around investment portfolio creation. Michael is an Investment Advisor Representative. He holds FINRA (www.finra.org) Series 6, 7, 63, 65 registrations and 2-14 Life, Variable Annuities, 2-40 Health Insurance licenses.
Mike’s hobbies include fishing, camping and other outdoor activities. Michael coaches youth sports on the weekends and loves spending time with his wife Melanie, son Mason, and daughter Aubrey.
DIRECTOR OF RISK MANAGEMENT
Piers Curry was born and raised in Armonk, NY. After moving to Pennsylvania he attended the Pennsylvania State University where he earned his bachelors degree in Journalism and Economics. He later earned his MBA from the University of South Florida.
Piers began his professional career in financial services with The New York Life Insurance Company where he earned numerous awards for excellence and qualified annually for the Million Dollar Round Table, 2009-2017.
When not at the office Piers can be found with his wife Pam and their two children, Stella and Ian. They are all avid travelers and explorers spending most of their free time en route to another exciting destination. Piers is also involved in the Boy Scouts of America where he serves as an Assistant Scout Master in the Greater Tampa Bay.

Erik partnered with Taylor Financial in 2020 and has added a tremendous set of capabilities around advanced retirement strategies and the college planning landscape. In addition, he runs the beautiful downtown Sarasota office that we opened in April 2020.

Kenny became a strategic partner of Taylor Financial in 2019, and has been working with Mike Everritt since 2013. He was then promoted to our Director of Business Benefits in 2020. Kenny assists our business owner clients build a strong foundation and develop habits that will make an exponential impact on their employees, families, and business. He is a graduate of the University of South Florida and received his Bachelor’s in Marketing.

CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
Angie has been with Taylor Financial since June 2011 and has been working in the financial services industry since 2004. She started her career with Northwestern Mutual and and won numerous awards during her 14 years with the company. In June 2018, Angie and Adam decided to open up their own firm to better serve clients. Angie’s primary responsibilities include assisting Adam with the financial planning process and marketing efforts. Angie holds her Florida State insurance license for Life, Health and Long-Term Care and her Series 6 & 63.
In her free time, Angie enjoys spending time with her husband, Jim and their children, Matthew, Thomas, Anthony and Christopher and their chocolate lab Lucy.
CLIENT RELATIONSHIP MANAGER
Jean joined Taylor Financial in early 2019 and has been working with Mike Everritt for two years. Jean assists the firm with client on-boarding, executing investment solutions, and portfolio maintenance.
She is a Registered Client Service Associate holding Series 7, and 63 licenses. Delivering excellent client service and experiences for the clients have always been her goals in her career. Jean graduated from University of London in BSC Management, Jean lives with her husband, Tony and their 3 lovely Cocker Spaniels enjoying every sunshine moment in the Tampa Bay as possible.
OPERATIONS MANAGER | FINANCIAL SERVICES PROFESSIONAL
Sophia officially partnered with Taylor Financial in 2020, but started as an intern in 2019. She recently graduated from the University of Tampa with a Bachelors in Finance and an MBA. Sophia’s uses her knowledge of financial services and operations management to fuel her passion of helping individuals and families create financial plans and support the other team members.
Sophia is a first generation American, with her family immigrating from Russia, and is also bilingual, speaking both Russian and English. She loves playing musical instruments and performed at Carnegie Hall in New York City at the age of 6. In her off time, Sophia spends time with her family down in Sarasota, her friends here in Tampa, at the beach, or reading.
NEW BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
Brooks has the Taylor Financial team in 2020. Recently, he graduated from the University of Tampa, completing his bachelor’s degree in Finance. Brooks utilizes his passion for financial services and operations management to help develop creative financial solutions for individuals, families, and small businesses.
Brooks grew up in upstate New York before moving to Tokyo, Japan with his family in 2007. After 6 years abroad, he returned to the New York for high school and then moved to Tampa for college in 2019. Outside of work, Brooks serves as the Associate Director of IMPACT, a social entrepreneurship nonprofit based in Tampa. He also enjoys watching sports with his friends, visiting family in The Villages, and playing an unhealthy amount of golf.

Kevin and Adam have been working together since 2016 and has been instrumental in creating the branding and identity of Taylor Financial.
Kevin is responsible for overseeing the planning, development and execution of an organization’s marketing and advertising initiatives.
In addition to managing the Taylor household and caring for their 3 children (Abbi, Alexander, and Anderson) .
Andi is responsible for the smooth and profitable operation of the company’s human resources department. She supervises and provides consultation to the team on strategic staffing plans, compensation, and budgeting.
Andi also takes on a leadership role in developing the culture that enables the team to perform at the highest levels.
DIRECTOR OF RETIREMENT SERVICES
Mark has had a very successful career in the financial services industry and has helped advisors move over a billion dollars into retirement assets. He specializes working with businesses on establishing their 401k’s, 403B’s, 457’s, Profit Sharing, Defined Benefit Plans, and other instruments .
In addition to creating plans, he is well versed in researching and evaluating current benefit plans and seeing where the team can add value.

Matt assists our Chief Investment Officer, Mike Everritt, in building and maintaining investment portoflios for our clients. He has achieved the designation of Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA®). The Investments and Wealth Institute, the issuing organization behind the CIMA certification, describes CIMA as “the peak international, technical portfolio construction program for investment consultants, analysts, financial advisors and wealth management professionals.”

Tyler is a partner with Drummond Wehle Yonge, a boutique estate planning and wealth preservation firm. He is parishioner at Christ the King Catholic Church and enjoys CrossFit, good music, and spending time with his wife and 4 daughters.
Karyn S. Roeling

Karyn has been a strategic alliance of Taylor Financial since 2018 and is the President of Seibert Insurance Agency located in Tampa Florida. Seibert Insurance specializes in providing risk management solutions for successful individuals, families and businesses. Karyn is a former Board member of Florida Association of Insurance Agents, sits on the National Technology Council for Travelers Insurance, the Nationwide Insurance National Agency Council and the Tower Hill Agent Council. She also is a graduate of the Risk Management/Insurance program at The Florida State University, class of way too long ago.
Karyn is no stranger to speaking engagements as she has spoken on national radio, local TV, local business meetings and national insurance meetings on topics related to insurance – specifically, cyber liability, business liability, teen driving and insurance automation in the agency world. She has also been nationally recognized for her achievements in the agency technology space by National Underwriter magazine as well as Independent Agent magazine where she was recently featured on the cover.
Karyn has been happily married for over 16 years, she has 2 dogs and enjoys traveling the world with her husband and friends in her spare time.
Adam J. McKay

Adam has been a strategic alliance with Taylor Financial since 2018 and joined Nelson & McKay CPAs in late 2009 as a Member-Owner. Prior to beginning his career in the public accounting realm, he spent six years in the corporate sector working for several large Fortune 100 insurance companies. Subsequently, he worked for five years with a large locally owned public accounting firm in downtown Tampa, where he served as a Tax Manager. Adam’s areas of focus include providing strategic tax planning and consulting services regarding Federal and State Tax matters. His main focus has been to serve high-growth, manufacturing, production and distribution, closely-held businesses and their owners.
